Reception in Wonderland

Last week, Reception enjoyed a wonderful visit to Wonderland in Telford.  The children were amazing on the minibus, even though the journey took a little while.  When we arrived, we dropped off our lunch boxes and went straight to see Father Christmas.  The children chatted excitedly with him about the presents they hoped for, and each one was delighted to receive a gift in return.

We then walked through Story Tale Land, visiting the houses from traditional tales and even sliding down the Three Bears’ slide!  During our adventure, we stopped in to see Mrs. Claus, who was busy making mince pies for Father Christmas.  We were lucky enough to add our own sparkly wishes into the mixture.

Before heading home, we managed to enjoy a few rides, adding even more fun to our day.  Everyone returned tired but filled with magical memories.
