Year 2 Bring Joy to the Care Home

A group of Year 2 children had a wonderful visit to Bracken House Care Home, where they spent time with some of the residents in the lead up to Christmas. They read stories together, looked at the animals which also live in the home and completed some festive themed arts and crafts activities. But, most importantly, we shared some delicious cakes! We even had the pleasure of meeting the 'Queen of Bracken House', 107-year-old Jessie. What a fantastic morning we had with the residents!
