Friends of the Forest!

Year One had a wonderful time at Cannock Chase.  The children have focused on being friends of the forest.  They have learned so many facts about trees and how we need to protect and replace them in order to combat climate change. They have enjoyed leaf and bark rubbing, and used their observational skills to spot both deciduous and evergreen trees in the forest!  Year 1 are hoping to plant their very own tree and watch it grow and flourish throughout their time at Willows!
