Year 5’s Castle Quest with Robin Hood!

Year 5 had a fantastic time on their recent trip to Nottingham Castle, where they stepped back in time to learn all about life during the time of Robin Hood.  The children enjoyed a variety of hands-on activities, including brass rubbings, artefact drawings, and even trying on real armour!  A highlight of the day was the tour of the castle’s dungeons, which gave everyone a thrilling glimpse into the past.  The fun continued in the interactive area, where the pupils shot arrows, guided a character through a  medieval town and dressed up as Robin Hood’s Merry Men.  It was a brilliant day full of fun, learning and adventure!
