Year 3 Visit a Hindu Temple!

Year 3 stepped into a world of colour, culture and curiosity this week during their visit to a local Mandir.  The trip began with a truly special experience – witnessing the peaceful morning prayer. 

The learning continued with a lively Diwali workshop, where the children explored the story of Rama and Sita, the meaning behind the festival of lights, and how it’s celebrated around the world.

No cultural journey is complete without food and fashion – from tasting traditional Indian snacks to dressing up in vibrant, beautiful clothing, the children immersed  themselves in every moment.

It was a memorable experience that we hope will stay with them forever!
