Yoga and Wellbeing! 

This week, ‘Happy Human Collective’ visited Willows to run a number of wellbeing workshops with all of our children.  The children learnt how to look after their mental health through yoga and how mindfulness is as important as physical fitness.  Then, they all took part in a short yoga session to put their new learning into practice.
