Learning Brick by Brick!

In a world where LEGO can create anything, imagination knows no limits.  Castles float in the sky, cities stretch to the stars, and dragons soar beside rocket ships - all built from the same colourful bricks.  In this world, children are architects of adventure, engineers of dreams, and storytellers with hands full of  possibility.  This is the world our children have found themselves in this week, as we launched our whole-school mini adventure, Brick by Brick.  They have taken part in workshops where their creativity and teamwork took centre stage as they   crafted LEGO models based on themes such as ‘A day at the seaside’.  In addition, problem solving and resilience became crucial when Balfour Beatty delivered a real challenge in their workshops about HS2 - who could build the tallest tower from spaghetti and tape?  We are excited to find out where our STEM journey will take us next as we become software developers, coders, engineers and much, much more.
